Auctionbot - A plugin that scans/posts auctions for you. (Alpha)

I have been an active gold buyer/seller since vanilla beta back in 2003 and have made my living off the wow "black market". Being a gold seller, I've always hated having to constantly hire people to scan and post auctions for me or worse have to spend 12+ hours a day doing it myself. Which has easily cost me 5-800 dollars a month that I could be sticking into my pocket. So I finally decided to create what now is auctionbot. Auctionbot originally started as a bot for my own personal use but I decided that it would be much easier and helpful for my fellow botters to make a plugin for hb/gb. What auctionbot is essentially is a plugin for hb/gb that automatically scans and buys items for you on the auctionhouse. This can save hours and hours of your life and become very profitable very fast.



Current Features
- Automatically Scans and purchases items that you specify on the auction house
- Automatically deposit specified gold to guild bank.

Future Features
- Automatically move to mailbox and auction items.
- Automatically buy out undercutters.
- Automatically deposit items to guild bank.
- Dual box support
- Automatically auctions farmed stuff for you (credit to lt.leon)

Any ideas/comments for this plugin would be greatly appreciated. I believe this can be a very profitable plugin for all of us.

I would love to give this a try but I can not seem to find an attachment to your post so I can't.

I do believe that the developers are on their way with an auction plugin but there is no ETA so it seems

thats because its alpha and I haven't released it yet. I should release a partial beta in a week or so. And will make a vid of it actually working tonight.
 
Don't forget to send the staff the source for a routine check^^

Well i think Erenion's & Bossland's Eauctioneer (There going to sell, not released yet) is going to be hit hard if this comes out as a free plugin :)

I'm not 100% sure if this is going to be a free plugin or not. Obviously during beta it will be 100% free to use but the money you could make from this plugin and the time its takes me to make it.... Either ill charge money or just open donations or something. But, I don't know yet well see when the time comes but for now its going to be 100% free. I wasn't aware someone else was making a plugin like this, maybe we can merge our projects together into one project or something. You know, compare code.

Basically he hit it right on the head. If you have multiple accounts and a high speced computer you can run multiple accounts at the same time. So you can use this plugin on blackrock -H us for instance and have it on Illidan -H us at the same time. This is an extremely good idea and I really want to implement it into this plugin but it's alot easier said than done.

I need a free auction plugin -.-
Actually I'm not winning money with the bot, my realm sucks, and I am not sure if I'll level a new toon on an english realm :(

Btw, if you have any advice for a realm change, if you know how to level fast etc. let me know :)

Well see. I at least want to release a first month of beta first if I even considered donations. It's a good idea but...
 
I'm kinda weary about auction plug-ins if I'm honest, could rape the market on AH. But we'll see..
