I see a lot of dumb posts of people passing a lot of crappy info to other members of this forum. Here is some things I find might be helpful to those new selling on RMAH

Here are some FACTS:

You will get payed out by blizzard for any items sold at auction even if you are banned. It is not instant pay out, so please stop posting about how you got money stolen, in the email they send you it specifically states the transfer is done within 72hrs and normally it is done withing 24hrs.

It is okay for you to sell gold on RMAH (I am sure selling hundreds of millions of gold a day will bring suspicion onto your account, but moderate should seem to be fine)

PLEASE make sure that before you list any auctions on RMAH that your PayPal account information matches your battle.net account info, if it doesn't your account could get suspended or frozen. Each sale processed gets reviewed, so if you sell something and are using your brothers PayPal acc your acc will most likely get flagged and like I stated above you will most likely get suspended or frozen.

Tough to say after being live for 30ish hours.

My point being that you won't get instabanned for posting a gold auction like a lot of threads are claiming

I would like to quote Hellcom, my idol:
Ehm, you really think it's a good idea to create a trading section on a BOTTING forum? Honestly, how retarded can you get? Half the guys on this forum would happily report you if they knew your IGN just to increase the gold prices. Not to mention the possibility of someone creating an account just to find the IGN's of different botters and report them because they hate bots?
It's not an oppinion it's cold hard fact. I'd cut your heart out and feed it to my dog if I thought it would give me a 50k GPH increase. xD And that makes me one of the nicer guys around here. ;p

It's pretty much Battle Royale in this forum. Anyone that claims to you "kind" advice is instead sending you off the cliff, well most of the time.

They don't want you to post gold auctions to compete with them at $0.25/100K gold.

I've sold over $1000 in gear and the names on my bnet and paypal do not match up.

you know the diff. betw. sauce and source? lol

Well I am glad at least you are straight forward. I just can't stand these fake threads and scare tactics going on in them, misinforming people. Being greedy to make an extra .25 is silly.
From the idiot that posts about being banned and not getting his money from his auction without reading the email stating it will get paid out within 72 hours, to the idiot chicken littles claiming the sky is fallin.

I joined and started posting on this forum to help the community and share knowledge like we're supposed to, not to be an idiot

If any find my post helped you, I'm glad I could pass information to you that might be useful. If your going to try to argue with me and wish to believe the dudes posting about all the bullshit that will cause you to put your tin foil hat and crawl under your desk, move along please.

Apparently people are complaining that after gold went live, they sold gold on rmah and then had their account locked. Don't know about before, have you sold gold on rmah yet?

Email people have received after acc locked from rmah

Hmmm, it might just be tied to the gold sales. So far what I read is the issues arises after selling gold yesterday and using a paypal acc under someone else's name, didnt see any from item sales though. I'll keep looking

i have support tickets since the early days of sc2 asking for my bnet account name to be changed since I used a fake one when I made it. if I get any problems, I'll try to use that as my ticket out.

That would definitely work in your favor. Definately post back if and when you sell gold, that way we can pass that info to others on this forum

I haven't received a ban either.

Sold over 1000? worth of items easily on RMAH since it was launched and sold 150Mil gold on RMAH so far.

Once in a while a good thread actually pops up on these forums lol.

Nice, I have sold plenty as well. I'm just posting since so many are scaring people from selling gold on rmah and witting bull shit about getting banned. Anyways the last quote is for info about people getting locked out when using a PayPal acc that has different info than their bnet acc.

Does your PayPal account info match your bnet info by the way?

Mine do not match perfectly either, just the last name and I sell easy as pie.
