I fix this by add two lines in the "hosts" file, you can find this file at this path : "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc"
Then add the followed two lines at the bottom of this file.

192.99.20.72 auth.buddyauths.com
51.254.37.101 dbnav.buddyauths.com

Finally,restart DB.

The change just using the Nav server in UK, may be the Asian one is down.

All credit goes to lk199055 for finding this, I just wanted to make it easily available instead of being buried in another thread.

For anyone on Windows 10, or 7/8 having trouble saving the changes to the Host's file or who aren't exactly sure how to edit it:

Click start > type Notepad > right click Notepad and choose "Run as Administrator" > Click File, Open, and navigate to the directory given - if you can't see the Hosts file, you need to change "Text Documents" to "All Files" from the drop down selection at the bottom right of the Open window > Make the appropriate changes and click File, Save.

Won't let me edit it, tried to run as admin and open the file but when I navigate there using notepad the file is empty. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I am not seeing a \etc folder, at that location, using Win 10. Anyone else?

Update: I found my error. I assumed that if I was running Notepad++ in Admin mode the \etc folder would show up when I browsed to it in Open. This was incorrect. When I browsed there manually, I was able to see the \etc file.
After updating the host file, this issue was fixed for me :)

Hey v-lock when you navigate there you have to at bottom right change from Text Documents (*.txt) to All Files.. then they appear.... is this what you needed or your actual hosts file is empty with nothing in it?

Check the OP, I updated it with a bit more detail. Most likely you just need to select "All Files" in the open prompt, from the default "Text Documents."

Are you sure you're in the System32 folder, and not just the System folder? If you are indeed in the System32 folder, you may need to display hidden files and folders.

On Windows 10, open My Computer > Click View at the top > Click Options > Go to the View tab > Scroll down and make sure "Show hidden Files, Folders, and Drives" is checked.

For Windows 7, click Start > Type "Folder Options" without the quotes > Go to the View tab > Scroll down and make sure "Show hidden Files, Folders, and Drives" is checked.

The fix works fine. But I feel the bot doesn't perform like the asian servers. Do you guys find it also the bot act weird?

Thanks for the additional help guys! Found it and was able to edit, testing it now to see if the fix is in place.
