Attention ALL Buddy Store Dev's

I have been wanting Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest http://www.wowhead.com/item=71086 For some time now for Xmog purposes. If one of you feel like writing a solid profile for all the lengthy questing I would be extremely grateful. Was reading the questing guide to obtain it and it seems confusing and time consuming. I will Pay whatever is charged for the profile on the store and then a nice donation to whoever takes the project up. And I'm sure others will want to obtain the profile as well. At least I would hope so. It's one bad ass Xmog for casters.
Last thing, if I posted this in the wrong area please excuse me. Was not sure to be honest. Thanks in advance.

The way I understand it is, That it can be used to transmog but you cannot transmog it..?

No legeandarys can be used to transmog other weapons. If you grind it - it is for the achievement - or if you are twinking.

Legendary items cannot be transmogrified.
Legendary items cannot be used to transmogrify.

Well shucks man...Thanks for the insight. Really appreciate it. Guess it just did not occur to me since it seems like you can mog just about anything else. But hey. Is what it is. Thanks Ya'll
