Attacking mobs who are fighting each other

Simple question, I'm creating a profile to farm the tiny crimson whelpling in Wetlands and I'm focusing the hotspots on a battle between Ebon Slavehunters and Dragonmaw Whelpstealers, they have insanely fast respawn rates and constantly fight each other (their hp bar remains red and not gray). My grind profile will only attack the mob that are not in combat with each other, is there an override command that I can place in my grind profile to attack all of them in the hotspot regardless of whether they're fighting each other or not?

Probably you can override it on the CC
