Attaching BW to multiple SWtor

I am running 2 swtor through isboxer, they start and its all good.
But when I try to attach BW to them , they stack up.
I attach first session of BW to first session of SWTor
But when I attach the second sessions of BW it attaches to the same first session of SWtor, and not the the 2nd swtor.
Its driving me crazy, coz almost on every crash or restart of game/bot, I encounter this problem.

I own a few licences of HB and DB also and I know that those attach to each game window, and you cant attach 2 to the same game window. Cant something like that be done to swtor windows also?

That shouldn't happen at all, it does check whether there's a BW already attached to the SWTOR process, and should notify you in the log. Does your log include the line "Process with ID {0} is already taken! Searching for another.." where {0} is a number? If not, then that would be why.
