Athentication failed

I am new with this prgram, but I have a buddy who has it and recomended it to me. I downloaded the program and when I try to log it it says Athentication failed right away. My friend logged in on his computer and had no issues, does anyone have any idea why I cant log in.
 
restarted my computer and nothing dam htis sucks it seems like i cant connect to the athentication server or somthing any other ideas out their
 
ya seems like i downloaded it right but it still seems like I am not able to connect ot the athentication server any other ideas out their
 
even if i type in the wrong info it doesnt say no user or whatever just athentication failed
 
do a search ..."authentication server" and check out the different posts on the subject ,I think there's actually an actual authentication server site somewhere,but hopefully the many different post on the subject will help you.
 
Disable your firewall and AV- protection since it could be blocking HB access to the server, also if you run win7 or vista make sure HB is ran in admin mode and UAC is disabled, you have a guest account so that should mean your trying to log into the trial test account?
 
Tried everything and I am also running xp, dont knwo if this will help, but I can tfigure it out. Just athentication failed. I dont have a firewall up and I also dont have a AV going so I have no clue, any more ideas out their .
 
make sure that port 5301 is opened(router)

are you on a normal network or a limited one?

as an example there is a user that he cant log from his dormitory
