Hey mate I use Jamba its an addon on curse works well, I run my main and i have two other 90's running two version of HB with combat on. Works awesome toons follow my main after combat automaticaly, it just wont attack wihtout getting them started unless they get hit

But I solo BT and other instances like this with ease.

Will this work well with a healer as the 2nd account? Does the combatbot execute heals upon reaching combat or will it simply autoattack or dpsspells?

I havent tried it with heals as the bot but just run your dps with the bots and manually run your heals

I too am looking for something i can set up on a second account running the bot that will follow me around and heal when needed did you manage to do that?

Yes, but blizzard have removed /follow in pvpareas in 5.2
