Ask about two different time to wait

Hi

I bought two keys to use two pokefarmer sametime.

After use some hours, Bot poped up about risk of ban so I would be wait.

Two of bots stopped different time, but wating time is exactly same!

How can I do??

Can I wait same time? or wait more for 2nd bot??
