Keep us posted, urging to sue Blizzard for banning my account by falling back on those ToS and EULA. Using HB they should not be able to ban because HB does nothing the like which is stated in their documents. It does not give us any beneficial aspect over other players nor does it retrieve data which can be perceived as personal.

good luck guys, and to respond to some posts about gold sellers and hackers etc using bots. HB cannot be held responsible for what other people do with the software just as much as blizzard should not control what HB have done. simple fact is, not that i have a problem with gold sellers but for as many decent people there are, there are just as many idiots that will ruin it for us all. kiddie hackers will always be around whether HB is here or not. in all honesty if blizz implemented the coin lock system like rift has hackers wouldnt be so much of a problem. blizz are just throwing mud to make it stick.

I'm sure they can only take the bot, personal information of clients would be destroyed im assuming.

Sort of seems like Bossland has had to resort to showing that Blizzard's ToS is invalid in a last ditch attempt to win.

If Bossland actually does win this suit, then it'd be pretty big news, at least in Germany/Europe and the consequences might be huge - completely legal WoW hacks?
