Arms Warrior AFK macro

Ive noticed the repair bills i was getting so i played around with different macro's etc and came up with one wich worked best for me with the least deaths.

On bar 3 i have the following:

Slot 1: Flying mount
Slot 2: -empty
Slot 3: Food
Slot 4: -empty
Slot 5: -empty
Slot 6: Berserker Rage
Slot 7: Fighting macro (see further below)
Slot 8: Fighting macro (see further below)
Slot 9: Battle shout
Slot 0: -empty

Fighting macro wich i use:

/startattack
/castsequence reset=nocombat Mortal Strike, Rend, Rend, Heroic Strike, Overpower

I cast Rend twice after each other to make sure Overpower procs. Well that's about it, hope this works out for ya as it did for me.
