The mobs will grant you 10 reputation each kill, and you will collect different scourgestones (mostly Invader’s) which can be turned in for the scourgestone repeatable quests (+50 rep each) at Light‘s Hope Chapel for Argent Dawn Valor Tokens (use: +100 rep each).
Loot:
Runecloth, Scourgestones, and Bone Fragments. Once you are friendly you can turn in the Bone Fragments for [Bonescythe Digs] for Insignias of the Crusade.

Thoughts:
I don’t know if the mesh is goofy around Browman Mill or what (may be because of my blackspots), but the bot likes to make a couple little unnecessary loops around the southern part of it before it really takes off. Give it a minute to get up in the farm and headed towards the Noxious Glade, and you should be good.

I created/ran this with a lvl 59 elemental shaman on a 40 yd pull. I would occasionally get an add and while at the top of the Noxious Glade I would have a few 2 mob pulls around the cauldrons. Hopefully cloth and leather wearers can survive them. The adepts you sometimes get in the 2 mob pulls have a very annoying stun/knockdown.

This is my first attempt at a full profile, so I expect there to be some (or a butt load) of kinks to be worked out. Please let me know if I can fix something in the profile, if you have any tips for me, or whatever. I need the practice/guidance.

Here's a couple recommendations.

I would definitely choose to mail greens as you can get recipe drops that might sell well on your server. In particular Recipe for Greater Shadow Protection Potion drops frequently.

I mainly created the profile in order to get to honored with Argent Dawn so the vendor would be accessible for the Disgusting Oozeling profiles right there beside it. Nice to see it's actually being used by someone other than myself.
