Arent MP0 ACT3 mobs all 63lvl?

Then basically MP0 should be more effictient in long shot than MP1.

Or there are some 62 lvl mobs? (so it wont drops i63 legendary)

act 2: 62
act 3/4 : 63

WITH MP1 OR HIGHER:
act 1/2/3/4: 63

MP0 is the best for experience. All enemies are ilvl 63 and good legendaries drop there too. Even more drop there then anywhere else because you can kill more stuff in less time. Keys drop there too.
