Hey all,

Just a quick query has anyone used RAF in arena while playing the main dps and setting the other account as raf? is this possiable? and if so is it worth it?

tbh i have never tried raf in arena

So has anyone tried to bot arena yet then as it is available and if so what do they think?
 
Arena is available? xD. I've never considered it but probably would give it a go just for lulz with two fury warriors xD.
 
I'm testing it out now, just using Combat/heal bot, once they are in combat they fight, but i have to que manually. I even won a game, but the other team didnt show. The CCs are pretty smart, so I'd venture that they could win a battle or two, especially if one of your toons is a resto shaman, it takes a while for my shammy to go down thanks to shamwow! It also helps that my DK has zin'rokh hehe. I should probably farm more honor gear first.

Why even bother? A bot's not going to be able to climb very high and it's not like it's a huge grind to win 5 games each week manually. Just dont see the point in it other than to see how good an arena bot you can program.
 
You can use the partybot to do arena's or bg's it's not supported but it's really fun so if you do it could be abit buggy.
Arena should work better tho.

Well I don't bot on my main, so grinding even more games doesn't sound appealing. Also, the more gear the bots can get means the more likely they are to survive in a world PvP encounter while farming/grinding. That and it's kinda cool to see people get beaten by a bot every now and then xD

Partybot works in BG? Does the follower heal/follow the Main?
 
Any ETA on this arena bot. Would LOVE to have it asap. I wanna tank my rating for next season.
 
I did 2s this week with me manually controlling my ret pali and having a lock using HB. Went 8-10 to point cap for the week. Not too bad if you ask me. lol

However it's not only the botbase, but also the CC that has to be ajusted to PvP arena, and in each of the team situations (2s, 3s and 5s) and setup of those teams.
I can see a start, but still a shitload of work to be done before it's fully viable (mainly when you get to a ranking at all).
Like the Paladin Healer CC which should do it's tricks with Arena, and I think bobby's Shaman CC also would do a decent job currently.
Don't really know about the rest.
