arena rating drop

Hey guys quick question i plan on using lazy raider to do carries soon on my hunter and was wondering what would be the quickest and easiest way to drop my arena rating i have 2 accounts i can use to drop

It's a shame you can't manually reset it :/ Would be a lot easier than just losing on purpose.
