arelog wont start bott

hi i downloaded arelog and got it to start wow up and the bot but when the bot is set to start it come up "Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1."
and in debug it says [00:32:55:076] System.Xml.XmlException: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

anyone know how to fix it ?

tried a new Hb/Arelog installation from scratch?
