Arelog Refuses to Open

When I launch Arelog the process appears in task manager, but the actual window never appears, I have waited several hours and nothing.

I deleted the folder and reinstalled no effect.

I deleted the appdata folder for Arelog as the error message is showing as a filepath error

[10:11:58:597] System.IO.IOException: The file exists.


at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)

Any ideas what file or where it is ?
