[ARelog] Pause between switching?

how do I do that? I wanna make my char farm 5 hours (I know how to do this), then wait 3 hours (I don't know how to do this), and then again farm 5 hours(I will know this when I'll know how to make him pause for 3h) ? just put blank bot, blank profile and 3 hours to schedule?
