ARelog Issue with multiple accounts

I have 2 accounts set up fine on it, it works as intended for these 2. I just added a third one this morning. For the 3rd account it logs in fine to the first character. For the second character it does not log in at all, it comes up with the following error :

I am unsure of how to get an ARelog log to post but that is the error it spits out to the ARelog window before simply reloading the first character.

Character 1 is a druid, Level 14, using the Kicks 12-58 profile. Character 2 is a warlock, still Level 1, using the human 1-5.

Appreciate any help that can be given to narrow this down. I am sure it's an oversight on my part, but after looking at the ARelog page unless I am overlooking something I can not understand what is causing it.

Not sure how to submit or retrieve one for Arelog, but I copied and pasted everything into a notepad doc and submitted it.

Basically how it goes is Character a loads, gets done, ARelog waits ... and when it comes time for the 2nd character to do it it pops up with that error message.

Now it's doing it for all of my accounts, not just the 3rd one. Not sure what is going on or what could be causing it, but on the 2nd toon in each instance the game isn't logging in on that one, just on the original. Do you think a fresh install of HB and ARelog might help ?

just wanted to give an update. I did a full reinstall of HB and ARelog and this still occurs

The bot for each account is scheduled to log into the first toon and play for 2 hours, log out, and then idle for an hour. the second toon for each one does the same, and idles for an hour afterwards. It repeats from the beginning. I didn't do anything different for the third account in terms of setup that i didn't do on the first two, but i added the third and that's when this error popped up.

Now it does it for all 3, even after a fresh install of everything.

I do not have a bot name listed for those times it Idles because I didn't think it needed one. It might just be something simple, but for the life of me I can't figure out what it is.

Still getting the error, but it is logging on the other toons now. Wish I knew what was causing it.
