Are We Just Ignoring This Bug?

Hey,

let me try to answer this.

First of all, we are "not just ignoring this bug". You are obviously thinking that this is a bug. But it's not a 'real' bug. It's even not a 'soft ban'. It's something 'new' that is going on. I am not quite sure how this is triggered. We are really looking into this but we have no access to their Game servers code to check what action produces this behavior.

Ok, how can you fix this?
Do not **ever** use your mobile device while using the bot. You cannot play the Game on two devices. We noticed that using two or more devices at the same time can produce this "bug".

What to do now?

1) Stop Pokefarmer.
2) Start Pokemon GO on your mobile device. Hit settings. Hit logout.
3) Wait 30 minutes.
4) If possible reset your IP. (restart router)
5) Login into Pokefarmer again.
6) Happy Botting.

:)

can anyone confirm this fixing the issue?
Anybody try it?

just tried this, doesn't work

still just gets stuck running between 2x pokéstops

can't you just implement a "if trying to loot x pokestop > 3 times blacklist for 5 minutes"?

Same here, just tried and it doesn't work. did the phone stuff- waited 30min - Rebooted router and did ip refresh as well.
goes to first pokestop loots it. then continues to try to loot it over and over

Just tried, Bot still isn't working.

From a different thread. Currently waiting to test.
One would figure your dev team would have told you about this....

it just started happening recently. i tried another bot and it is not having the issue with that bot. bag is not full. i tried the other bot not to switch cause i like this bot much more but to make sure it wasnt the poke servers

The above fix did not work. Same issue, same results. This bot was integrated over from myGobot right? It was able to loot pokestops previously without looping, I wonder what happened.

aaaaaaaaaaaalways!

No pokefarmer was its on thing, this getting items from pokestop sounds like a softban, let the bot run it for about 5 minutes or until it spins the pokewheel 50 times, 9/10 the bot is trying to unban you
please stop, this is not the case. we can leave it to run and all it will do it loot it every 4min, while spamming errors in between.

we know its not a soft ban. its a separate issue

I have the same issue but I've tried a different account and it worked pretty good. Same PC, same version, same windows, different acocunt. :/

EDIT: AFTER TRYING WITH DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS, TRIED MY MAIN ACC AND IT WORKED :D HOPE THIS CAN HELP YOU TOO

Tried another account and it doesn't help. i tried switching back and forth.
However i have got the bot to work with a clean install of windows 10 on a virtual box running of my same PC.
Switching back to the PC causes the bot to loot a pokestop repeatedly again.

So, just to clarify some things, this is NOT a bug, this is more than likely your ip getting banned as Niantec has found different effective ways to do so.. The fact that you have had your phone logged in at the same time as the bot indicates user fault here NOT a bot fault... I have been victim to this ban as well.. to the point that when i restarted it would auto fail looting or not even show the stops at all.. I log in on my phone mobile data and all is working well.. Again please re-read the way to use the bot properly and use some common sense, niantic is pretty pissed that their custom U6 formula was *****ed by our dev team and many others so quickly (thanks for the hard work guys) also I noted that if you have more than one account if they are not in the same general area it will lock it up.. Please stop trying to blame these intelligent devs for your own errors in many parts, and accept that the creators of the bot might actually know a bug when one is reported aside from other things... you are quick to blame them, but look at the lack of care for the game Niantic has shown as they focus on blaming the devs and 3rd party apps.. Enough is enough already, if you have some proof that shows its a bug supply it or else respect the statements of the creators and coders of this fine bot.

i havent been logged on my phone ever. this is not a soft ban this is a bug. i farm in the same spot all the time.
