Firstly again, great program, problem being it has stopped working.

I am seeing this bug all over the place followed with vague accusations of soft ban being the issue.

The bug is where the bot repeatedly tries to look the same Pokestop, and does nothing else. It would carry on forever.

I know its not a soft ban because

A) Its the same on all accounts i try
B) I can look actual Pokemon just fine
C) I can log on with a smartphone and loot Pokestops without issue

Is is impossible to make any sort of use in this current state, i have looked on the forums and each person who mentions this issue has a long string of people suffering the same problem, then usually just a 'must be a soft ban wait 15 mins' type comment.

now we have established it isn't a soft ban can we move it forwards and help everyone suffering from this issue.

That one is City Centre Manchester, UK, however this bug effects every pokestop regardless of location.

Please find the fix as its such an awesome bot! <3
 
Yes lets focus on the fact i uploaded the raw data instead of putting it in a file... :rolleyes:
 
this happens when game servers are getting overloaded,not much we can do about it

Responses i have had so far are

1) Not our fault, soft ban
2) Wouldn't look at the logs because pasted and not in file format
3) Its just game servers busy, nothing we can do.

Its a problem with the bot. Pokestops work perfectly when i manually loot them from smartphone.

Its a bug, bugs happen but i don't think the way this is being dealt with is very professional.

As a customer this is frustrating. It would be infinitely less frustrating if a mod would say 'OK, there seems to be a problem, but we are working with the devs to find a fix, and will patch it out as soon as possible.

How can we hope the product we have purchased will ever work if the standpoint your taking is just plain denial...

I had this happen last night, when i checked the log it had happened, 2-3 times, Each time the bot seemed to fix itself. I didnt bother looking at the timeframe, i just kept scrolling thru the log until it wasnt there to make sure it could fix iteself. I'll see if i can find my log


EDIT: Example 1 took exactly 5 minutes! Maybe it looted the same pokestop twice. Search for 14:42:07 thats the most recent time that it fixed itself. It also happened as the bot stopped, which it didnt fix itself.

So is this a real issue or is it the soft ban you get from swapping locations(please note if you have GPS for the game turned on, on your phone you will be soft banned if you log in to "check" your poki), as I've not had this issue... you know unless im going from central park to jersey city within a second.

It is not a soft ban :rolleyes:

The bot will still find and capture pokemon, and it will also loot the pokestop fine the first time, the issue is it just stays at the same pokestop trying to loot it every second until the end of time....

I don't think we are going to get any help on the matter though so maybe ill just write this purchase off as a loss...

Maybe a user in the community will find whats up :cool:
 
I had the same problem yesterday (mdt). Since I closed the bot and reopened it I started to get the idle issue. Seems pokemon go has temporarily stopped botting and they are looking into fixing the issue. So, you're right, it seems your issue was most likely caused by this....

Anyone else wondering if their going to credit us the days takes to fix the issue? I mean I bought 1 month and haven't been able to use it since yesterday and we haven't received any updates they just keep referring us to the post that their working on it

Just NO... Its not a server overload or a soft ban ...ITS A PROB WITH THE BOT ....

My friend and i are using the same bot and it works all fine with him where mine fails with this same POKESTOP FAILED error.!!!
Its been like this for me since the last uptade on the official game....
I am waiting for a fix from u guys... .tried from v 0.86 to 0.94 .... same issue ...

PLEASE stop ignoring the prob here :(
 
Then why is this the first we have heard of it? And why does this happen with every single pokestop from day 1


not once has this goddamn bot actually worked as described.
