Blizzard is removing a core reason I bought Diablo 3, which is to be able to trade my items through the auction house. When they remove it, I'll pretty much have 8 useless copies of the game. Would it be a complete waste of time to try and get a refund because of the AH removal?
Are we entitled to a refund from Blizzard?

The only reason I own the game is so I can bot it. Not for profit but just so I don't have to farm for exp for hours on end. I might spend an hour or 2 a week actually playing the game with friends.
Thinking you are entitled to a refund because the game changed since you made your purchase is just ludicrous. You don't ask for a refund back for a game you lost interest in, you just stop playing it.

Read anything you accepted such as the ToS etc... although in other countries you can get a fund, each country has different laws so you'll have to consult free legal advice (if available) to see if you're entitled to a refund.
I personally look forward to the Auction House removal. This will cause the economy to balance out, and then I can use already established diablo1/2 & 3 websites that can help me turn my pixels into $. I'll take your accounts if you dont want them.
there is no economy in RoS , everything is account bound

there is a auction house tho, so ur comment makes no sence..There is no RMAH on wow and ppl have been botting for gold for years on that, i dare say you could find a use for your accounts if you thought about it
