Archeology Buddy not emptying Bags

I tried to run ArcheologyBuddy overnight to lvl my lvl 80 druid, but once I wake up I saw it was trying to solve the same artifact over and over again duo full bags....

Isn't there sum kind of auto emptying ?

Also I ran this on version 5800 , because it was stated more stable.
