Archebuddy wont load game

Hi,
Am trying to use Archebuddy in my VMware.
I first installed the game, and got everything working with that. The game runs fine in my VM.
I then installed Archebuddy, as well as what is needed to get it running.
I then updated the game, using Glyph. And checked again that the game still worked.
I then created a new account using Glyph's website, and entered the new account details into Archebuddy Account Manager. (setting it for US and server Kryios)
Then without glyph or Archeage loaded, I used the Archebuddy account manager, to start the new account that I have just created.
The game starts to load up, goes all through the animations, and gets to the server selection page.
And that's it. It wont load into the server, and after about 30 seconds I constantly get the GODS HAVE DISCONNECTED YOU message.

The VM has no anti virus, and I have disabled Windows Firewall.

Please help !

Can someone please help with this problem.
At the moment, got a bot that does not actually work !

Here is the latest log from re trying again.
It constantly gets to server selection page, Then will never get any further.

It does say the Gods disconnect me, but the bot doesn't actually ever get into the game.
It loads up to the Server Select page, Then after about 10 seconds, it gives me the God disconnect me message.

But loading the game without archebuddy, works fine.
 
Ok. I will do small update today, this problem still under investigation and no 100% solution why this happens.
 
Does looking at the log, look like its not having problems with any ports or firewalls then ?
And this is just a bug ?

This is bug in 20% cases. In 80 cases this is antiviruses\firewalls\another software configuration problems

Does this bot work on windows 32 bit ? or does it require 64 bit in the VM ?
 
Well I cannot understand why this isn't working then.

The game on its own works fine within the VM.
The ports that are mentioned in the helpdesk are open to incoming and outgoing for all types, on the firewall.
Ive tried having the firewall on the VM turned on and off.
The VM is using a Bridge internet connection. My router, has the ports from the helpdesk, all opened and pointing to this VM.

What more can it be ?
 
Do I have to use Archebuddy on a different IP to what I play my normal Archeage account on ?
Could that be causing the problem ?
