game has started fine from AB but now when i connect to my EU account it say's

13:49:02: Unknown game client version.
13:49:02: Authentication success! Checking for store products. This may take a while.
13:49:02: Done. Receive info about 5 buddy store plugins.
13:49:02: Launch failed. Download game data failed. Code 0.
13:49:03: *****@****.**: logout success
on na server i can login just fine but not on the eu. pls fast fix it.
