Archebuddy crashes on Character Select or Server Select

A long time that I am with this problem, the game always crashes when it arrives in the selection of character or server.

Same here in Archeage Crash with choice character windows 10

Any can help??
 
Nvm, i find solution. I will fix this after NA maintenance, and "temp fix" this with next AB update within 5-15mins.

I am still unable to enter the game with the archebuddy, it is going the same mistake

I solved my problem, and the problem was noping Tunnel, did the uninstall and had to remove the two dll that was created in my local disk C:

If you talk about VPN - i cant solve that. And you can write VPN name (site) here, to let people know that this VPN incompatible with AB.
 
Some VPNs and incompatible with AB.
Check path: C:/NpAPI - if this folder exists - you should delete VPN that use this dlls.
Rename this dlls inside this folder to something another, reboot PC, and delete this folder.
After that AB should work.
 
Please speak the names of dll's to be deleted , because I am having the same problem and can not solve.
