Archebuddy crashes on Character Select or Log out

If you try to log out via the ingame method or select character after being logged in on a different one. Archeage itself will crash.

Any fix?
 
I have the same problem, used to work fine but now if I try to select character when already logged in with a different character from that account I end up having to re-launch AA from scratch as it freeze's / not responding.

(Archebuddy doesn't crash)

I can try fix this only if you give me access to your PC+char that have this problem within few hours minimum.
Also maybe i will need to login to this char itself on my PC (under AB debug mode)
 
why out? why do we have to do that? i'm really really tired of this crashes. we aldready gave you hundreds of euros. what is your job? find a solution that is not our business.

Maybe becouse i cant reproduce this error on my PCs\on my characters?
 
AB here disconnect all the time or crash before logging in all the time
cant be in game like 15mins

so any fix to this problem?
 
I have this problem the most of the times when i login with the 4th account and closing it. out let me know when you have time you can check on my pc ;) may you will see what the problem is .. whisper me please

Still someone should not have to let you on there pc for a fix I am with them seems bs , Love your bot but Id be fk if I would ever let someone on my pc in that way.
 
My AB closes itself at the server screen conection.

He dont know what the problem is .. he cant make his own archebuddy crash out of nothing .. for me its alright if he want to check whats going on.. i trust him he did it once .. took a while but if he can learn whats the fault you will do him a favor and your self so .. dont be to rude at him .. it only takes a while before he react :P
 
I have the same problem already is five days , please anyone knows pack , I step skype / team viwer
 
You have this crashes on specific character\account, or on all accounts? Also you have standart binds\hotkeys ingame?

I have the same problem.. its happening on all accounts.
Stantard binds/hotkeys (I cant save binds/tabs, cause I cant logout successfully to save)

whats your skype?
 
I have a Windows 7 machine that works great. It always logs in ok and when I logout it does the 10 sec countdown logout like it should.

I have a Windows 10 machine that fails on login attempts most the time, crashes more often and when I logout it crashes and I get the "Archeage has stopped responding" popup that I use to close it.

If I had to guess I'd say Out is testing on a Win 7 machine.

Describe me please details about your win10. What software installed (antiviruses\etc), latest updates? Windows defender activated? UAC enabled? etc

I have win10 on my vmware, but i cant reprodure this.

Check also is chars that have problem on your win10 havent this problems on win7, please

Cant reproduce on W7, so probably related to W10.
My W10 is Pro, activated (no *****ed), updated, no AV, windows defender disable by group policy, UAC enabled level 2 (no gray fade).

I did a fresh install + updates + disable windows defender, still having the same problem
 
W10 Standard, current updates, no AV, No Defender, UAC disabled. If I had to guess Out I would put my money on the MS Visual C++ Redist
 
Check please with latest AB version on EU\NA. Is this problem actual or not
 
My archeage crashes after it loads the character after the latest archebuddy update
