Archebuddy cant use with Laptop

hi i want to play archebuddy with my gaming laptop, but when i start the account for playing, it logout and say: client initialization timeout!

someone have a idea?
 
Tool dont Work.. Same Problem. Timeout.. I have try both injection Methode.

Out did u have any idea?

With glyph i can start the Account without Problems. I try to reinstall directx, when i am at Home.


Laptop: Asus R513C with Geforce 710M and Windows 10

Kyaro do you have net framework 4.5.1 or 4.5.2 if not then do so and also you need the visual c++ runtimes from https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=40784
you will see ones for 2010 2012 and 2013 get them all and install them. x86 versions should be all you need for ab since its an x86 app as far as i know. anyway page listed here has all 3 of these listed so grab all 3 and isntall in order oldest to newest but install net framework first.

all installed....dont work!
 
what exactly does it do? On my laptop i have to set video to best performance as apposed to quality and also same for power management. I also disabled anything from running that didn't need to be running. Even with doing all that it takes a while for it to load and i do mean a while. You also need to set game settings for graphics etc low at least till you get it working and make sure you have newest drivers for video and especially audio for your laptop.
 
u dont understand me... with glyph client works archeage fine.... but when i try to start with archebuddy... he log into account, starts the logo, when the text in the logowindow is finish, archebuddy logout account with a timeout....

edit: now the account loggs in to first video mode and than crash
 
Most likely its issue with Graphic card Archeage trying to run at Full details . Try change Driver and Check force low settings in AB settings.

and again.... with glyph client works archeage fine, so grafic quality is not the problem..... the account crashs before enter charloginscreen and that only when i use AB...
 
hi out,

i have disabled the Kaspersky, but still after first intro video the client crashes, but on AB it still the yellow icon activ on account!
 
Add all ab files\folders\activity to white list in kaspersky, or deinstall it.

also, i have whitelisted it...dont work, i have deinstalled the firewall/antivirus....dont work!

and now? any other ideas?
 
Hm. I can try to find what block AB inject with teamviewer, but only at 10 october
