Archebuddy cant connect to server, but without the bot i connect without problems

Hey, since 4 day i`m owner of the archebuddy bot but it have work only one time since 4 days at the scarecrow(gather). I totally understand that it will take a time that everything will work fluent but i saw that some other poeple have/had the same problem... do someone carry out how to solve this problem ?

When i press start at account manager, it opens normally the game, but then when i click on connect to server, i reads only "Loading..." and nothing happend anymore.

AA is updated, i have try also to reinstall it already 4-5 times in different ways, but nothing help.

Maybe someone can help ?

This issue only with AB?
And check your windows defender\firewalls\antiviruses settings, add AB and AB folder to white list, or try delete antiviruses and reboot PC.

Hey thank you for quick answer.

Yes it happens only when i start the game by AB account manager. In the my first Post i wrote that i updated AA but i mean AB, so ArcheBuddy is updated and i tryed already to reinstall it in different ways.

I have think already that it can be a problem with the firewall or antivirus progs because when i first time have used ArcheBuddy it have connect without problems, but next day it have not anymore connet. Then next day it have again work after a reinstall and now again not. I have this feeling that my anti virus delete some file or something.

I will check this now and inform you if it works.

Okay now i have try everything.

FIREWALL: OFF
ALL AntiVirus Progs: OFF

AA Game Language: en_Us
AB Client Language: english

Windows 7 is updated.

So without AB i can connect, but with AB i can`t. It opens the game like normally but when i click on server, then it reads only "Connecting." "connecting.." "Connectiong..." but nothing happend anymore.

I also downloaded the installation file "updater.exe" new after i delete my anti virus prog and put my firewall off.


!!!! EDIT: Now i keep waiting for longer then 15 min. and now it have connect and im online !!!!!

Ab have work yesterday for at least 5 hours perfectly, but today i want to connect to server and again the same problem. I`m waiting already 15 minutes, and the server have is not even full so without AB i can connect..

someone else have this kind of problem ?

I'm at work and not facing the bot so I can't screenshot but:

- In the configuration of the bot, in the setting tabs, you need to put your game location.
You sure you selected correct region in there?

Also do you point the bot to c:\Archeage , or to his real location?

Also are you on windows 8/8.1?

Hey thanks for trying to help me, but now it works. I have try everything since 2 hours and the last thing what i have done was : Closing AB, Delete settings.xml in the AB folder, run AB again and it connects straight way.

Hope that will help other poeple with same problem.

Now it again does not work ! And i have repeat the points what have solved the problem couple hours ago, but now again the same problem.

I have installed AB in a new folder and name it AA.

The game location has set own self after starting first time. D:/Glyph/Games/Archage/Beta and i cant change it.

It`s a bit wierd. that it works sometimes and sometimes not.
