Archeage doesn't opening with archebuddy, please help !

I open archeage normally with archebuddy on my computer at home, but at work, when the character selection screen opens, the game instantly crashes, so i've not being able to play it at work, anyone knows a fix for this ? I already searched through the forum but didnt found any similar problem, at home my computer is windows 10, and at work windows 8.1.

Could someone please help me? continue with the error , since tententei even reinstall the drivers , AB operates normally , when you go to character selection, ArcheAge freezes and no longer responds , someone porfavor could help me ? I have team viwer

ligit having the same issue even tryed swaping hdd the hdd of pc that worked and 1 that dosnt still no luck
