Can some one tell me what is the best continent to user AB for XP between 80-85 ? at what level of Archeology, do we need to change the continent ?

Im finding im getting stuck at quite a few digsites.
does anybody have a list of digsite that should be blacklisted so i can AFK this and not worry about it being stuck
