What level does Archaeology start to earn high experience?

Never, but it is consistent and fairly safe.

Would like to add that it is a modest pace but only when you have faster flying. If you only have slow flying, I'd not recommend using it at all.

Any of u know if they nerfed Arch on MoP? or we can 85-90 doing arch still?

As far as i see its easier to come past a digsite while leveling. The problem for pure archaeology leveling is , you cant fly before lvl 90 so you might have issues with higher zones and the nobs there. On the other hand on might have luck in the old world. I dont think leveling by archaeology or other gathering methods is feasible.
