Arcane orbis spams too fast on DMO

hi is there any combat cs that can change this? because i had the aquila on my cube but since they keep spaming arcane orbits I can't never get the damage reduction prop. is there anyway to fix this?

How does one go about doing this? Just reinstalling or is there a built in update function?

Also if I reinstall will I lose all my settings? I set up a very long and complicated list of item-pickups and don't want to do it all over again.
