Appeals

Tested 2 things today:

1. Apparently you can get a player banned if enough ppl report him (20+ reports got a clean acc of mine "banned")
2. Appeals for banned Accounts are directly marked as solved

+ it seems (i have no source for this statement) as they recieve 5-10k requests per hour atm

I contacted Google today (again), and this is the Result:

Ich kann Sie verstehen. Niantic hat mit dem letzten Update für einige Furore gesorgt. Sie sind nicht der einzige, der in dieser Situation ist. Deshalb gehe ich davon aus, dass Niantic sich bemüht, die Sache wieder in Ordnung zu bringen, um nicht alle Spieler zu verlieren.

As it says: Niantic seems to have some troubles lately with all the requests.
Also Google took notice. There is no other way than keeping pressure high af.

Like most in here, I don't believe Niantic unbans so easy, but there are now plenty of postings claiming they got unbanned. a level 36 botter got unbanned, Niantic thinking it was a spoofer... : TheSilphRoad
