Is there anyone who has received a reply to his appeal, and what have they written back. Sent out my 4 days ago and still have not received a reply
 
All I can say is:
A Non-Gmail Adress will not be open for you to review. I sent a couple of them yesterday.
I sent one today with a Gmail-Adress, it's still open.

I also contacted Google-Support. They told me to be patient (called for a refund mainly).
Chances are good that even if they respond, they are flooded by now and will take a huge amount of time.
As soon as I get a reply, I'll let you guys know.

he used teleport at the beginning when he was not yet available to play in Brazil .. ONE HOUR,
because he is youtuber he think many HATERS denounced him..
appeared " failed to get game data" he contacted niantic .. and niantic say day and hour he presented geolocation error

thanks but that's what I already got.
Is there any conclusion? Is the account perma banned?

A friend of mine was in Paris for 3 days - he had the same issue and could play again after 15hrs but his progression was resetted (not all of it just the 3 days).
He never botted.

I havnt recieved a email back. And i dont think we are going to, since it says ''Please consider your account permanently terminated unless we reply back to your appeal.'' in the confirmation mail fron NianticOps. Anyway, I entered the link ''view ticket'' in the confimation mail. And I entered my appeal, and theres a box on the right side, saying. '' Solved''. So i guess that ship has sailed..
 
Well they must have add the "Please consider your account permanently terminated unless we reply back to your appeal." I havnt got that on my auto answer of my appeal.
 
My Account ta lvl 28 will level up to level 30 and see what will give kkkk,
I'm now wondering if I return to play in Brazil or stay in the US

you used only pokerfarmer or used NOX too? I used to log the account on the same day used the bot ?
 
the video I posted it did not receive an automatic reply... niantic say date and hour he used teleport

I used Pokefarmer, and some days ago I started using NOX aswell. Just been using em local and not jumping around.
 
What I just saw: If you make an Appeal, your ticket is instantly marked as "SOLVED" even if Niantic didn't reply at all.
However, my other (older) Ticket is still open.

Fun fact:
2 hard botting Accounts are not yet banned...
But my legit played one. Seems several legit players (well, at least they call themselves legit players) are getting bans too:
PSA: Perma Bans seem to be real and they can hit legit accounts : pokemongo
