Sorry to hear that. That vulture (yes I do know what my username is) spams PMs to come use his service after every banwave even though he knows damn $#%&ing well he can't get anyone unbanned from the big waves.
Hell his "method" is to get you to use a proxy (and of course he has one to sell you!) and send tickets to Blizz claiming you've been hacked (with "Engrish" grammar) despite the fact that Blizz considers hacks to be your own fault now. As for you not knowing I can't really blame you, he has moderator status on many botter forums.

Luckily I paid with Amex and used my ban and example of sensorship of review to have my chargeback go succesfully through and have him assesed a $20 charge. Rekt.

Frankly I am surprised that someone hasn't uploaded his "letters" that he sends to people for free somewhere. I doubt that much would change between one customer and the next.
