Appeal ticket - UPD: Unbanned

Considering most people got reply for their appeal with usual copy-past within 30-60mins, I really have my hopes high. Because I created ticket 12 hours ago (both for EU and US, just in case) and I got a reply just now that they need more time and will further investigate my issue and will get back to me with final decision in 24-48 hours.

I wrote mostly honestly that i botted for only 4 days (which is the case) for no profit (I never ever used RMAH at all) and did so more out of curiosity and boredom, I also have good WoW history, beta experience and feedback in lot of Blizzard games including WoW beta back in 2004, as well as Cata beta and WoTLK beta, and I promise that this won't happen again. So I asked to replace permanent ban for suspension.

Hold your fingers crossed for me guys.

Just to add, that was indeed my main account, with very old WoW account, Warcraft 3 and TFT as well as Diablo 2 and SC2, so might not work for some random bot account.

UPD: Got unbanned, see screenshot bellow.

Just to add, that was EU support reply, US ticket have no reply yet. If they unban me I won't bot on this account and even if I ever decide to bot again, I will just buy some russian CD-key (I am originally from Russia so can read and speak it) to bot on for loot and whatnot (again, not really interested in profiting).

More than 12 hours no answer for my accounts? I don't see the point here keep in mind that is HUGE amount of tickets i sure that every botter that know eng appealed.
 
They replied after 12 hours saying they need more time to investigate my issue and make a final decision. Read my post more carefuly.
 
They were to stupid to understand my appeal and deleted my char.
 
That's pretty brave to say in the ticket that yes you botted but please unban me anyway. I don't have much experience with getting accounts unbanned (I only tried once and they LOL'ed and said no), so I don't know if that strategy works, but I would think admitting you broke their rules wouldn't help. At least say you were hacked or something if it was just for 4 days :p
 
Ok, update guys. I got unbanned, they said it's last warning though. Not gonna risk it and bot on this account anymore. Blured parts with my exact text and name of GM, as well as some shit that can ID me.

As I said, that probably will work if you have good Battle.net history, like own lot of games and active in those games. Again, I wouldn't risk and bot again if I got lucky and got ban lifted.
 
Don't understand me as an asshole, but: I think Blizzard is a lot retard to unban someone for using 3rd party.
 
This is sad for me , cause i have a very long history but they told me they have reviewed my case , and the analysis on me has been long and accurate and they are sure i was botting .
So the ban is not lifted here , and i assure you my history with them is very long.

it really depends on who was reading your ticket.. i should've tried the same with my main but, gj op you got lucky.
 
Well, I was gonna buy russian key to do HC leveling, SC became really boring. Also off-topic, but does anyone know, can you use Global play on russian key? I am playing in US, but would like to save few $ since I can read russian.
 
i've botted for not more then 10 hours a day, with randomize profile, i was supervionating the bots almost half of that time, and often they were in pause, maybe to move the items and gold too... wish to be unbanned!
 
got banned 1/1 also. And also sent in a ticket with me admitting to use a bot. Hope it goes well
 
Hilarious. Just friggin hilarious. This is the summary "Blizzard I botted and I'm sorry, will you please unban me?"

If I worked for Blizz answering tickets, I would lose so many calories from laughing all day at those type of tickets that I wouldn't have to do anymore cardio for a week.
 
I hope the person that unbanned you don't read this... Cause you will be rebanned.
