well i think you might be able to talk them into unbanning you, but u have to call them, and get somebody young and scared THEN it might work (havent ever tried it for d3, worked with other games perfectly tho)

You can't call them. Calling them will only get you through their customer rep/service, not their admin center which takes care of banning/unbanning..

I called them before I filed a ticket. (Got through after around 30 mins), explained my problem, guy looked at my account and told me "yepp, you are banned...but in this case I cannot help you...You are calling invoice-support...means that I can help you with RMAH or any other "money" related problems...I?d really like to help you, but I have no possibility to redo game bans, only game masters can do...and for that you have to write a ticket"...

Well I talked to him a bit, hence I knew that I will get an form letter with "fuck off" when doing so...He was pretty helpful and explained me in detail that every ticket will be looked into and bla bla bla...but thats it...

Oh and btw. I really wrote a long and extensive and charming ticket to get my main account back...but all I got was a form letter with "fuck off"
And yes, I tried for all of my accounts. Everytime I tried something else...from "stupiest" User alive to PC expert who built himself a new Linux system with hardware firewall a week ago.
Also tried to plea for x-mas amnesty and another one with "I think I fell for a phising email some days ago"...

Result="fuck off" on all accounts
So in my opinion if you got banned because of botting you are banned, no way to unban or amnesty in any way.
If someone get unbanned somehow he must have hit the "jackpot" somehow or is just trolling around

oh yea... i mentioned that i love their games politely and told them that i purchased every single collector's edition stuff, as well as over 15,000 achievement points and over 450days of play time on wow (no i didn't mention that one haha), blah blah blah. answer was: "fuck off" and it was automated. /hatred

Your Diablo 3 account will stay permanently suspended for the use of third party programs, which we will not tolerate on our servers.

We never want to remove a player from the game, or stop them playing this game we know means so much to them, but we do need to keep the game fun and fair for everyone. This means that when we are certain that an account is cheating, we will close it.

For the sake of consistency, and to protect the integrity of our Game, re-opening your account is not an option.

It is important to note that it is the responsibility of a player to protect his wow account's security. When an account breaks the rules, action must be taken against that account.

You are more than welcome to purchase a new d3, and attach it to the same battle.net, or a new one, and start over, but that d3 game license has been permanently closed.

i am providing legal advice to some other party regarding this, and in fact it is not small claims court but arbitration through the american arbitration association.and also i advise this party to file complaint to los angeles better business burea for $5500 (example)

and also i advise such party to file chargebacks on all mastercard transactions, which one party has already got provisional refunds for, and also i advise such parties to have filed paypal dispute for all transactions within 45 days (cant go back farther or they are auto-declined unfortunately). the nice thing is, this person i am advising told me that she would take $5500(example) over her acct any day! many these item purchased by the party could have theoretically/hypothetically already been resold and this ban may bring added profit.

also, i am told by her that they (GM) say they will not discuss the matter further under any circumstances, but in fact on their dispute policy it says they must negotiate for thirty days in the first section and so i suggest to the individ. i am consulting with, she should tell them if they wish to officially decline further negotiations, then because of section 7: severence clause; they are obliged to "sever" the first section, and therefore she can move directly to arbitrate, and she shall not have to wait 30 day, but first she must get the GM to formaly inform my party of their desire to sever the first section first, and if they are refusing to negotiate officially, that shall suffice.

My second appeal got replied to today at 9:05 am PST. Inputted some screen shots of my not using the RMAH to sell gold or made profit and same result...

..the same automated message except from a different game master. Well thanks for the fun everyone...and thank you DB for being the best D3 bot out there.

Good luck everyone and if you're botting and haven't been banned yet, they're waiting for another wave, I just know it. Just be careful please and may the odds be ever in your favor..

.. this is my final post on these forums and I guess it's time to move on with things ^_^.

kevyn, just continue to use DB for profit like everyone else. The initial investment - 20euro for acc is much less than anything u gain for couple of days farming 24/7 with DB

if you spent a meaningful amount on the rmah and have record of it, (on a banned account), I recommend proceeding to arbitration for a refund of the amount you spent based on Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Entertainment Dispute Resolution Policy. also since they are closing our tickets and saying the penalty is final; and non-negotiable, the first section is void. (b.c section 7 severability)

Lol..small claims court for your D3 items? I'm sure the judge will completely understand the situation and rule in your favor. (Most judges play WOW.)

Theres no fucking way to get unbaned .... Thats what polish GayMaster told me + they will ignore all further mails ))))))))

If I don't agree with it I can make a appeal at [email protected]. for deeper investigation. BTW they can check our processes and memory due to last EULA changes so how we can avoid ban ???????????????
