This action will not be overturned, the only way to continue playing Diablo 3 is to add a new account to your battle.net account. We appreciate that you have now been honest but sadly this will not change the action.

I told them on my "main" acc that I had used the bot for a while

this. you know the risk of botting. they waited serveral months before launching this banwave therefore have sufficient evidence for the banning

My second appeal got replied to today at 9:05 am PST. Inputted some screen shots of my not using the RMAH to sell gold or made profit and same result...

..the same automated message except from a different game master. Well thanks for the fun everyone...and thank you DB for being the best D3 bot out there.

Good luck everyone and if you're botting and haven't been banned yet, they're waiting for another wave, I just know it. Just be careful please and may the odds be ever in your favor..

Back in the early days when I botted 30 accounts at any one time, when they were all banned I appealed them all just for the heck of it.

Some replies were within the hour, some a day, some days, and not all accounts were replied to until about a week.

They unbanned one account out of those 30, the only difference between them was it had a phone number attached to it. It was later rebanned a month or so later (kept botting of course).

I sent in tickets for two of my four accounts which were all banned. I wasn't really expecting to be unbanned, just tried to appeal for the heck of it (acting dumb about not knowing why I was banned). They refused, and I didn't bother with my other two accounts.

Not even gonna bother appealing. This game isnt worth the effort and they probably have too much evidence on me anyways with my RMAH activity and all the hours I logged.

All I got was a "form letter" reply that didn't answer anything. I think they're mass-sending them to all appeals. I used DB not even 10 hours tops, and not a minute of that AFK because I was curious and tweaking it. I even played a bunch of live games with my friends throughout the week...

Since I have nothing better to do, I plan on submitting tickets every day until they actually read and properly respond to one of them. I was in no way a hardcore botter, really I just wanted something to help grind a bit of gold and XP so I could have more fun in the few hours a week I do have to actually play.

pretty much misinformation from those who like to to troll. I doubt anyone got unbanned.

well i think you might be able to talk them into unbanning you, but u have to call them, and get somebody young and scared THEN it might work (havent ever tried it for d3, worked with other games perfectly tho)
