Appeal Process? Anyone heard from Blizz yet?

I received an Perma Ban yesterday, and filed an appeal and its been 22 hours since I have filed it and haven't heard anything. I know that there was a bunch of accounts that were banned yesterday but I was wondering if anyone who's appealed heard anything back yet. Crappy part on my case is I got an perma ban a little over an month ago but then they turned into a 72 hour ban for 3rd party hack. So I'm not holding my breath or anything but just wondering what the community is getting?

Man the first ban it took 3 hours before they put me on a 72 ban

Yeah I know it will take awhile just wanted to see if anyone out got through yet and when they do, to see what results they got.

My appeal is there for over 24 hours. Wrote it like 40 minutes after the game kicked me and said I was banned. Ofc, its a perma ban, if it was 72h I wouldnt even bother lol

p.s. ive seen in some thread here, that one guy got a responce to his appeal, but blizz said that its final, and he should no longer question them about it

My account was banned after my server came back up from maintenance. Used gatherbuddy to without the random profile generator for a few hours, sold some bars and ore on the ah.

Appealed a few hours ago, took about 1.5 hours to get a response

I already got a response to one of my five accounts banned. I appealed just after they were all banned last after noon (so about 24h ago). They said no. I'm not sure why this one was answered already, but not the rest.

It was one of the PQR/PE bans though.

Yeah I would be shocked if an 72 hour ban gets overturned. Perma bans is where I'm interested if they are getting responses back or not. I still haven't heard from them (27 hours) Maybe I'm on their do not replay to this idiot list

Got an answer to my appeal of my perma ban: "Regrettably, As a result of these findings the action taken will stand."
Oh well, I spent too much time on this damn game anyway.

lol, they had to use DDoS prevention software on the day that the banwave happened... don't expect a response and I wouldn't waste your time counting the hours.
