Go to Ogri'La in blades edge mountains, there are several group quests (that you can comfortably solo as an 85) that requre 35 each of these Apexis Shard - Item - World of Warcraft . I made this profile bacause I'm doing the loremaster achievement and needed to do those quests, and couldn't be bothered with grinding these items myself. That wowhead link also contains info on the gear you can buy with these.
