Apexis Daily profile refusing to load

Basically - all of the profiles I've tried so far work but this one doesn't. I click Load Profile > From Buddy Store > Apexis Dailies drop down > the .xml file. The bot says "Changing current prfile to Apexis Shard Dailies' Profile" but never actually changes and at the bottom left of HB it just said "Loading Profile..."

I've disabled all addons and set tried both dx9 and 11. ALL OTHER PROFILES WORK, just not this one. What could be the reason?

bgbuddy does not do questing. if you want to use a questing profile, then change the mode dropdown to questing.
