Anything special needed when i post in the Support Thread?

This is an Support Request.

I need to know, for Future Support Threads, what kind of Informations are needed for the Mods to Help?
In the past i posted a Full Logfile and sometimes Pictures to better show the Area and maybe Situation.

Now there are a lot of MOD Requests if there are WoW Addons installed, so i have to Post this in my Threads too?
Or is it possible for the MOD to get this Informations out of the HB Logfile when they start looking in the Logfile?

I have to ask this, because a MOD deleted my Question in another Thread. And i want to Help to handle my Threads
faster for the MODs.
