Anyone that has been banned NOT receive an email about it?

I think they was just waiting for a massive ban probably. Maybe we will see a message on rift website talking about that like aion did. But really, don't know anything about that. Just think that's really suspicious everybody there got banned in 1 day.
 
I called support and they said my accounts are TERMINATED not suspended for using RYFTOMATE. Yes they said Ryftomate. Not sure whats going but it looks like we caught it hard
 
I just wrote them a mail, like I used to do it in wow, it worked for the last 20+ times, see how it turns out now.. :S
 
I too got banned/suspended without an email.

I am too a first time bot offender.

I called trion, she said that the account showed up as "Banned", however, she said that it will show up as "Banned" even if its just suspended.

I am basically going to coin this off as, if they are going to ban/suspend me, without an email, they cant even follow their own policies, therefore I should get my account reactivated regardless.
 
everything is fine, but why after susspend they banned me withaut use of any softtware, and without any mail from them, i think it`s some kind of bug.

TERMINATED huh.. oh well bye bye rift that's it for me! might as well finish dragon age 2
 
Well if its really terminated then screw am and going back to WoW .
 
the guy i called said my account was "banished" and they cant even see the notes on there from the appeals department, who is the ones that deal with the banned accounts, gave me a refrence number, but said there isnt anything on there saying why, who did you call that told you terminated and Ryftomate? If they cant see the why... also said that accounts with this flag usually are like that because someone hacked it. Who knows. Looks like they came up with detection.

on a side note... i was given a refrence number just for the appeals department... which was xxxxxx-000000804 so 804 people called in today about banned accounts LOL actually that peolly includes issues with billing or whatever, but still im betting at least half is from bans. Ahh good times...

Actually, the xxxx is 110616... as in 2011, june, 16. The *** is your number, dear. Edit that or you'll be easily identified. Of course, it kinda doesn't matter anymore, but... at least leave a spark of hope.
 
Had 2 accounts. Both banned. Only used Ryftomate 1 time for like 5 minutes on one of those accounts.
 
Just received an e-mail that says my account is suspended for 24 hours (phone support said terminated). The fact that phone support used the word RYFTOMATE is pretty obvious that its detected. Hopefully the guys behind this BOT can find a workaround cause Rifting without it is just, meh.....
 
Banned X 2. No email. Can not login to account at website either. "The account you are attempting to use has been banned."
 
No email as of yet :/ Tried relogging on the Trion site and it errored saying that my account is banned.

yeah i know i just didnt want everyone and their mom knowing my real refrence number so i added the xxxxxx -=)

hey no fair where's my email...

they're trying to discourage the used of rytomate by mass banning. but they either terminate my account or its gonna go auto again! simple as that lol
just could'nt be bothered doing repetitive task
