Anyone that has been banned NOT receive an email about it?

actually... unless this is just premature, i used the bot on my cleric account and shes still active, as is the rogue but i never used it on that one... .so its not IP based (so far ill know by the end of the day i guess) but the ban is also on the only account i bought plat on when i started rift. Id be more willing to say thats the cause then this software. this stuff doesn't use active hacks to make you hit harder or faster or whatever. This is all passive. No email yet, going to contact customer support and see what i get.
 
In addition, i try to login in Trion at the message is this...
"The account you are attempting to use has been banned."

I used the bot for a few hours, responded to people etc, and I'm not even level 20.
Must have been some kind of detection, either that or it's just a bug?
 
seems like 24 hour ban, called customer support, didnt say i was banned, but sayed she is writing a ticket and it will need 24 hours :) seems, like she knew why i was banned :(
 
Oh fuk I have 3 toons on my account 2 of my main i played myself with full t2 and some t3 with 2k plats..just got bot 2 days ago to lvl a alt cleric only got to 18 rofl banned for 5hrs of botting what a joke
