Just curious. I googled with no avail, and I checked the launcher for info, the blizzard forums... and here. Anyone know what they actually changed the build for? Meaningless bugs and hotfixes I assume?

Nope, but Enhancement didn't get nerfed! Thank the lord. I'm expecting a massive nerf soon as Blizzard hates making shamans good and players expect shaman to drop dead instantly in PvP without putting up any sort of fight.
