anyone know what downloading updated tools is?

I see this all the time and when I look at their info screen.
I uploaded about 100 megs and have a 0 dl.

What are they doing?

what it is doing is when it downloads a big patch (like 4.0) it downloads a huge single file, and in the background it is "unpacking" par se, its separating and sorting the files so that the game runs more smooth. its nothing to worry about

I can go with that but when I ul megs of data and download 0 bytes I don't think thats updating me in any way.
