Anyone know how to make profiles avoid things?

Wondering if anyone can help to point me in the right direction as to how to make my profile avoid certain areas or mobs, I have not really found anything in the guides on how to put this into my profile and wondering if anyone can point me to or tell me how I would go about putting this into a profile I am trying to make.

such as black spots, avoid mobs, but id like to avoid areas mostly.

Build your hotspots around the bad areas.
Thats the only thing You can do.
Avoidmob does not work.

Cryo, help me out mate. I can't seem to find the guidelines for building an own profile and combat routine any more . I tried the search feature of the board but it's kinda tricky
