Anyone interested in a PvP Mutilate/Prep Rogue CC?

I'd be happy to help make one. While i do understand programming its not something i have a large amount of time for atm, and I know others here who have made advanced cc would be able to mae it 30x faster.

I have great ideas for this CC, and would love to have a perfect deadly PvP Rogue-Bot.
