So i've been botting for a solid month 24/7 straight, and recently the past 2 weeks i've been doing t6 ghom (kills are between 25 to 32 seconds each). I even reduced the start time between games from 3-15 down to 1-3 for more games/hr for more xp/hr.
Even post-nerf i've gotten around 2.2 legs per hour over the past 2 weeks. The fact of the matter is i've gotten roughly 650+ legendaries over the past 2 weeks alone doing Ghom T6. The problem I have is that more than 99% of those legs have been worthless rerolls. I can't tell you how many "Stolen Rings", "Manald Heals", etc etc i've salvaged. Or those Arcane immune amulets that have ass for stats.
My Barbarian, in those 2weeks alone for T6 Ghom, got 4 pieces of IK set. Yet, IK set looks completely worthless as I lose over +40% to fire dmg, lose +25% dmg vs elites, and I go from 1.3mill sheet dps down to 700k. Overall, IK set is completely overrated for a Barbarian. I even tried to use my best-rolled IK set instead of my current equipment and I had trouble killing even T5 Ghom. That's WAAAY too much of a backwards step.
Additionally, that lightning sword (forget the name off the top of my head) I've gotten 3 of in those 2weeks of roughly 650+ legs. All 3 have either been awful rolls or just don't pump out the dps like my fire axe and elite dmg axe do. I tried a full electric build with it, and it was pretty pathetic.
Overall, Fire barbarian is probably the best build so far for killing elites, but as for group massacring I've yet to find a half decent build I like except for +phys dmg builds where I can use the 1% HP lifetapping whirlwind
